The “SKY CIRCUS Sunshine 60 Observatory” has been reborn as an interactive entertainment space. The center pieces of “SKY CIRCUS Sunshine 60 Observatory” are “TOKYO BULLET FLIGHT” and “SWING COASTER”. Both make use of a virtual reality device called the “HTC Vive”.
The two attractions were jointly developed by “Hashilus”, a VR development group that have had a hand in producing many VR attractions. By simply wearing the VR devices, users get transported into a world of CG animation. On top of that, users will also feel with their own bodies such sensations as wind and dynamic movements. These attractions are 4D entertainment in the true meaning of the word as they offer thrilling, hyper-realistic sensations of moving through space at a high velocity. The two attractions provide experiences that are simply beyond most people’s imaginations.
Experience the joys of “Sky Entertainment” together with a spectacular view of Ikebukuro from atop an observatory 251 meters above sea level!
Put on your VR goggles and get ready to hurtle through the sky as a human cannon ball! Once you are blasted off from the observatory, you can enjoy a virtual tour of the most popular future tourist attractions of Tokyo. You will feel the thundering cannon blast and wind blowing against your body as if you were an actual human cannon ball! A brand new 4D experience full of thrills and surprises, this ride would allow you to experience the sensation of travelling through the sky.
